The Soleillade to extend the summer at Basilic & Co

On the occasion of the new school year, Basilic & Co offers its customers a revival that smells like summer with the release of a new recipe: the Soleillade. Available in restaurants only until September 30, 2022, this recipe highlights an emblematic seasonal fruit: the fig. La Soleillade thus intends to play on the combination of subtle sweet and savory notes: cream, French artisanal mozzarella, figs, honey. After cooking, Bayonne IGP ham matured for 12 months and fresh mint are added. Pizza lovers will be able to find this recipe in 26 or 31 cm in the 56 restaurants of the network for take-out and on-site catering at the price of €12.90 for the 26 cm pizza and 15.90 € for the 31 cm.

The meal delivery platform has imagined an exclusive collection of original objects to accompany orders, already available in Paris and Bordeaux, via a selection of partners. Meanwhile Lille and Toulouse from mid-September. Thus, thanks to the Deliveroo plaid, you will find even more comfort for the ideal cocooning evening, to consume your delivered meal. You can also find a doormat to ensure safe delivery. But also a DIYS collection (DO It Your Sauces), imagined by chef Alexia Duchêne (semi-finalist of Top Chef season 10) to concoct seasonings yourself with 4 new recipes.

The Beauty Food Aime x Cojean collaboration to be found from September 19 to December 4

What if beauty was on the plate? The meeting between Marion Flipo, creative director at Cojean and Mathilde Lacombe, founder of Aime, gave rise to an unprecedented collaboration, based on the importance of nutrition and eating well. Result: a healthy and gourmet menu, twisted with Aime food supplements for even more well-being and beauty benefits. “Eating is just the start” as Cojean announces or “it all starts inside” at AIME has been advocating since the creation of the two houses, the importance of taking care of oneself in a global way. On the menu, customers of Cojean’s French restaurants will be able to opt for the Smoked Salmon Beauty Bowl (Roasted quinoa and broccoli with basil pesto, roasted sweet potato, cream of sun-dried tomato with parmesan, coleslaw with omega glow vinaigrette, smoked salmon from from responsible aquaculture and beet sprout), Veggie (Freekeh and chickpeas with coriander pesto, roasted eggplant, cream of market garden peas with basil, raw vegetables with omega glow vinaigrette, avocado, chervil, pumpkin seeds & almonds and e? lée) or the Beauty Pearl (Basil seed with coconut milk, three red fruit coulis, fresh fig & goji berry).

Pizza Cozy takes care of its new autumn-winter menu

From September 20, customers of the rising Pizza Cozy brand will be able to discover the new menu. Gourmet recipes, made from quality, fresh, French and seasonal ingredients and the fruit of 7 months of work between meticulous sourcing of new products and testing of new flavors. The brand is thus unveiling new exclusive recipes, including 8 seasonal ones, which thus join the chain’s best-sellers. Among the ingredients explored, we will cite courgette cream, pumpkin cream, porcini mushroom cream, truffle honey, smoked brézain or pan-fried mushrooms… Also, every month, a Market Pizza is also offered in a limited edition.

The Bagel Burger Fever arrives at Bagel Corner

It’s a small revolution for the French chain historically positioned on the bagel with the integration of new burger variations that have landed in all Bagel Corner restaurants since September 3. 2 new recipes are already to be discovered. Thus, the classic version Cheesy surprises thanks to its squid ink burger bun, in limited edition, made in an artisanal way in collaboration with Boulangerie Thierry. To garnish this ultra-gourmet bagel burger: a steak, a slice of cheddar, cheddar sauce and a few pickles. The Veggie version is recognizable thanks to its classic bagel-inspired bread bun with the hole in the center. It is just as delicious thanks to the Garden Gourmet® vegetable mince and the La Vie™ vegetable becon.
