the magisterium. Les 3 Palmiers: a new pizzeria in the village

Following the opening on August 24 of the pizzeria Les 3 Palmiers, Bruno Dousson, the mayor, gave his impressions:

“It is with great joy that we found ourselves for the inauguration of a new business. The pizzeria Les 3 Palmiers, a pizza to take away, is joining the family of our businesses and allows our citizens to have a additional service on our commune.” Saturday, a nice crowd had gathered in the presence of Hamda and Éric Bousquet, the mayor, the municipal council and many guests.

As B. Dousson points out: “Schools, associations, shops, improving the living environment are essential links in our rural villages. school, which allows us to say that we are working in the right direction. The associations got back to work after the pandemic which had suffered a lot in the associative world. The mayor returned to the new “installed” that he has known for a long time: “This new business is completely in line with the big dynamic printed in the village. Hamda has worked a lot in the catering and at the administrative level to animate the meals I’ve been advising him to set up his business for quite some time now, because I know his qualities. Proof of this is that the opening was not done in haste, but a month of trial in order to offer its customers quality products with a dough that is suitable. At the inauguration in good and due form, we were able to realize the kindness, professionalism and quality of his work.” Hamda, who thanks her husband Éric for his unfailing support, chose Lamagistère, like many, to bring her project to fruition. It took place in the premises of Mapé and Jacky Fournès who themselves invested in the town by rehabilitating an old building to create apartments and cells that can accommodate various businesses. The mayor insisted on the fact that the dynamic is intact and that the council is not one to relax its efforts. “I can only be 100% satisfied when the fire is just a bad memory and our businesses have returned to their places of origin, erasing a deep scar.”

On Saturday, Hamda and Éric offered a glass of friendship, with tasting of pizzas, around many and fertile conversations and a last word from the mayor: “Success, Hamda, will be there and the bouquet that offers you the town hall is as beautiful as this project that is emerging.”
