Recipe: Easy pizza – Tunisia

Ingredients :

  • 150g flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 packet of baker’s yeast
  • 1 plain yogurt

Preparation :

  1. In a container, add the flour + the salt + the yeast.
  2. Add the plain yogurt.
  3. Work the dough well.
  4. Leave to rest for 20 mins.
  5. Flatten the dough well (you can form mini pizzas)
  6. Put on the heated pan and pierce the dough with a fork.
  7. Turn the dough as soon as it browns.
  8. The pizza is ready.
  9. Decorate the pizza with the tomato sauce/mozzarella cheese/cut peppers/olives/basil leaves.
