Pizza Salvatoré on boulevard Armand-Thériault was acquired last September by Gabriel Beauvais. Indeed, the Quebec chain operates under a corporate business model in which the restaurants are mostly owned by the head office. However, managers with excellent results have the possibility of franchising themselves without any down payment! This is the case of Pizza Salvatoré in Rivière-du-Loup which, since its opening in May 2021, was a corporate restaurant operated by Gabriel.
“When I arrived at the Rivière-du-loup branch, I put in a lot of effort and all my heart, as if it were mine. This is therefore a source of great pride for me. However, this is only the beginning of a new adventure, because I intend to continue to offer a quality product with courteous service to my community of Rivière-du-Loup,” says Gabriel, the new owner.
In September 2018, the 5 Abbatiello siblings acquired the family business, which then had 14 restaurants. The whole family considers itself very lucky to be able to rely on a business partner like Gabriel, who has now become a franchisee within the Pizza Salvatoré group.
“It is thanks to owners like Gabriel that we are able to perform and stand out from the competition. The primary objective of these franchisees and the chain has always been to provide prompt and courteous service to our valued customers. The Rivière-du-Loup branch is an extremely well-managed restaurant and we are honored that it is growing within our banner! This branch also stood out at the annual Salvatoré Gala for having obtained the best cost management and the most efficient way of the chain during the year 2021”, enthusiastically states Elisabeth Abbatiello, communications and outreach manager of the family business.
