Recipe Chicken pasta with Alfredo sauce


  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 400 g chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 500ml of water
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 250g penne
  • 60 g of parmesan
  • 130g baby spinach
  • salt pepper



Heat the oil in a large sauté pan and add the chicken breasts cut into pieces and the minced garlic cloves.


Leave to color for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, dilute the chicken broth in very hot water.


Pour the broth and cream into the sauté pan, mix and add the raw pasta.


Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring regularly.


Finally add the parmesan and the washed baby spinach. Mix and simmer for 5 more minutes.


Season with salt and pepper then serve immediately.
