The Forum Franchise trophy is intended to reward an independent franchised retailer for his dynamism. This 8th edition, organized by the CCI Lyon Métropole Saint-Etienne Roanne and Fiducial rewards a Basilic & Co franchisee, Alexis Segura who obtains the “Coup de Coeur” prize.

Alexis opened his restaurant in Clermont Ferrand (Anatole France) in June 2020 in the midst of a pandemic. A context that does not discourage him, quite the contrary despite a delay in its opening of 2 months. A disappointment quickly compensated by the support of the head of the network and by a flourishing activity. Indeed, he quickly established himself as a real local trader motivated by his passion for the product that he passes on to his customers. On the strength of his success, which allowed him to earn money from the first year, he considered creating a second restaurant. At only 27 years old, Alexis is opening his second restaurant in Vichy during the summer of 2022. An inspiring journey for this entrepreneur who started as a delivery man in a pizza chain, who dared to go into a franchise. All his efforts are rewarded by obtaining this prize awarded on October 19 in the presence of Véronique Discours-Buhot, General Delegate of the French Franchise Federation.
